GOLFIES TRAVEL TOURS  – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in any Golfies tour or trip is subject to the following terms:

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
The individual making the booking is considered to have accepted these Golfies Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants listed on the booking. All bookings are governed by these terms. Any amendments to your booking must be submitted in writing.

PAYMENTS
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are to be made to Golfies.
Deposit & balance payments  must be received by the deadlines to secure your spot.
Accepted payment methods include electronic funds transfer or credit card (card fees may apply)

CANCELLATIONS
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following will apply:

  • More than 60 days prior to the event: full refund
  • Within 60 days of the event: any amounts already paid to suppliers to secure your booking will be non-refundable

Any cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers will be passed on to you.

CHANGES TO PRICING OR ITINERARY
All prices are in AUD and are based on exchange rates at the time Golfies confirms bookings. If exchange rates fluctuate by more than 5%, package prices may be adjusted accordingly.

If changes are required due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible, including any pricing adjustments. If a change significantly alters your itinerary, you may request an alternative arrangement or withdraw from the tour.

In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled due to circumstances outside our control, we will attempt to offer a suitable alternative. If this is not accepted, a refund will be issued for any funds still held by Golfies.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Golfies (and, where applicable, third-party tour partners) is not liable for any acts or omissions—whether negligent or otherwise—by hotels, operators, or other service providers involved in the tour.

Golfies is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delays, schedule changes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy at the time of publication, Golfies reserves the right to amend or withdraw details, pricing, or services without notice.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All participants must obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. It is a requirement of participation that all travellers hold adequate insurance cover by the final payment due date.

FORCE MAJEURE
Golfies will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, industrial action, weather conditions, or disruptions to transport or suppliers.
In such circumstances, Golfies reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the trip. Any refunds will be limited to funds recoverable from suppliers.

MINIMUM NUMBERS
All Golfies tours and trips are subject to minimum participant numbers. If the minimum number is not reached, Golfies reserves the right to cancel or amend the trip, including adjusting pricing where necessary.
Participants will be notified within a reasonable timeframe and offered an alternative arrangement or a refund of monies paid to Golfies.

CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the duration of the trip. Golfies reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, including excessive intoxication, harassment, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.
Any participant removed from a trip under these circumstances will not be entitled to any refund and may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

FLIGHTS & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Unless otherwise specified, flights are not included in Golfies tour packages. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the destination.
Golfies is not liable for any costs or disruptions arising from flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes to travel plans.

LATE OR NON-PAYMENT
Failure to make payment by the specified due dates may result in the cancellation of your booking at the discretion of Golfies. In such cases, any deposit paid may be forfeited and cancellation terms will apply.

MEDIA & IMAGE CONSENT
By participating in a Golfies tour or trip, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including use across digital and social platforms.
If you do not wish to be included in such content, you must notify Golfies in writing prior to the commencement of the trip.

GOLF FORMAT & ELIGIBILITY
Golfies reserves the right to determine and adjust the format of play for any event. Participants are required to have a valid GA handicap.
Golfies also reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to ensure fair and enjoyable competition for all players.
